Nike Dunk High Premium Spark

As the last quarter of the year approaches, traditionally sneaker brands have looked to create a suitable winter offering performance elements for those experiencing cold and harsh winter climates. With Nike, it has usually equated to Gore-Tex styles on their lifestyle models like the Dunk. New for this year, Nike looks to Scholler 3XDRY-treated uppers to provide a comfortable experience. This particular Dunk High Premium Spark may benefit from a more liberal selection of materials as 3XDRY is seen on a combination leather and twill-like upper and isn’t confined to the usual textures offered by Gore-Tex. The sneaker rides on Nike’s proprietary 0.44 Sticky Rubber compound for extra grip when needed. The final product is one that assumes the role of “un-assuming technology” which maintains the Dunk’s role as a lifestyle-directed product.
